About Charity Ross

Charity has over 18 years of experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. She began her fitness career after overcoming a serious weight problem. After losing over 100lbs, she has made it her mission to help others achieve what might seem impossible. Over the years she has helped hundreds of people supersede their fitness goals. She has designed and developed specialized programs for weight-loss, pre-natal, balance, corrective exercise, post-rehab, seniors, youth and sports specific conditioning (ie. golf, tennis, running). She consistently evaluates and employs progressive resistance techniques to get her clients stronger faster.
